Fluorescent materials emit light of higher wavelength, in case illumination with exhibiting lower wavelength. In many commercial applications, fluorescent transfer non-visible ultraviolet (UV) into visible light. By this an additional color effect and visibility is reached. One typical field for application fluorescence dyes the textile area. Here, products are manifold used offered, e.g. brightening effects, effects UV protection. With background, aim current study investigation commercially available properties. For this, four different polyester fiber-based coloration purpose selected investigation. Investigations performed by under arrangements CIE-Lab measurements done. Further, scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) Fourier Transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy used.
